    need: Jetworks advice: where do i drill and tap the holes ?

    Ive sorted the inlet for the jetworks, where do i drill and tap the sensor and outlet for the jetworks ?

    Im confused on where i drill the holes.

    Here are my pictures, please can you tell me where i put the holes, or show me a pic thats been done (at a similar angle).

    i dont want to make a mistake, once ive done this i can start sticking it all back together. WHOOT.

    I screwed this up once and tapped the wrong spots. If that is your exit then you tap the other side. If it is your supply then just tap the spot in the pic

    Good illustation from WFO.Very imported to use an extra washer on the bolt that goes toward the water temp sensor.This will pervent the bolt from hitting the probe,inside the pipe.

    thats exactly what im looking for, one problem, my tap that i have, it seems to long, as the water jacket stops it from actually cutting the thread.

    Any ideas ? or are there shortened versions available ? or .. ?

    i ground my tap down in length.. as its NPT its tapered so even ground down at the start of the treads its easy to start off and get the first thread in the pipe

    Yeah, perfect. Ill be doing this tomorrow. Ill be buying some "cheaper" taps to grind/cut down.
