Nubie - What's the diff between an RXT and a GTX???
We need a three seater and the specs of teh GTX and RXT look identical on SeaDoo's site ... what are the other differences between an RXT and a GTX if they are equipped with the same engine?

... the GTX is the better "value" ... newest styled hood, little lighter (10lbs, which does nothing) .... typically ther GTX comes equipped with the compass whereas the RXT does not.... the GTX also has the contoured higher back supported seats, whereas the RXT does not
who knows... Seadoo is making a big clusterphuc out of their models and specs... very very repetitous... but in the end its giving the customer more color choice more than anything.
we're talking about the GTX 215 that is... not the gtx 155 of course....

worst VALUE for your dollar??????????????
Some of us have Feeeelings---------lol
Value is very subjective.
I would gladly pay the difference again for things I find Value in.
Tilt wheel is great
DEPTH finder is Best value for me--
Removable basket w/cooler and extras is great-
Xtra dry bags and goodies get much use.
GPS is top notch for my use also.
Cover is best I have ever seen-
Aesthetics-- like it or not like it--ok- I like-
And who knows-- maybe BRP spent some extra time putting the LTD together----------------346 hrs on factory unit so far------------no complaints
It is all in how you use it and what you get out of it.

I agree with Wolfmad that the GTXL is a value to many. It does contain nearly everything one may need to get started.
I jsut didn't see the value in the $1500
Nice seat though.
