Interesting issue after installing Riva Thermo kit
Wondering if anybody else has had this happen:
I can get out on the water and idle for a bit then take off. Ski runs fine at 6k or so for about a minute and then the "high temp" warning flashes. Cut the ski off and pull the seat and there's no coolant in the bottle. Let it sit for about a minute and then crank it up to idle. It will flash the "high temp" warning again for about 15-30 seconds and then go away. Pull the seat and the bottle is full of coolant and away we go with no problems for the rest of the day...
Strange gremlin with the RIVA thermo...Anybody else who's installed it experienced anything similar?

you have an air bubble in your cooling system. let it get to operating temp with the cap off and add coolant as necessary.

Easiest way to just run it on the hose for a couple minutes?
