    Starter replacement

Hi newby here. I think my starter is going bad. After I let it set for a couple of weeks when I go to start it the starter just clicks like 2 or 3 times and then it starts turning over. So could it be the starter has a bad spot or is the relay going bad.

Sounds like battery, boost it or change it.

Clicking is generally caused by a weak battery or dirty/loose connections at the battery, soleniod, starter, or negitive cable block contact.

Check and clean all of your connections, and charge/test the battery as mentioned above.

Lets us know what you find.
