    Talking My 2004 Rxp Stage III

    MY 2004 RXP Mode

    ENGINE

    1- Groco Intercooler Water Strainer Kit.
    2-Power Filter Kit, SD RXP 04.
    3-Power Cooler, w/Pro-Series BOV for Stage III.
    4-Block Guard for 4-Tec Engines.
    5-Breather, Catch Can Kit, SD RXP.
    6-K&N oil filter for all 4-Tec engines.
    7-RIVA RXP Thermostat Kit.
    8-RIVA Sea-Doo Valve Train Upgrade Kit.
    9-Cylinder Head Oil Pressure Jet for 04 Engines.
    10-RIVA Rear Exhaust Kit.
    11-Rotax Racing ECU for 04 models.
    12- 42 # Fuel Injectors (set of 3).
    13-Piranha-Parts Solid Front Engine Mount.

    Wow!! Looks like you are all set!! I would replace the green wheel with the S3 Riva and you should get more top speed...my friend is getting 75 with the S3 wheel and not as many other mods as you have. Also a 4" custom intake or Rivas new rear intake will help some. The riva is good but still 3 inches. Good Luck!!

    I know my top speed isn't that good comparing to the speed you got in there with the same modes RXP…. The water still hotter here and the humidity is high... I will test it later this winter... I hop I can get more speed at that time … bye the way im not the only one got this speed in here one of my friend got the same mode with his 06 RXP and same speed he got with the GPS.

    I think I will go with different impeller size and reduce the nozzle size to get more speed

    What do you think guys ?

    You are for sure losing a ton of speed turning that 14/19 i would deff switch to a 15/20 or a 15/19.

    Agreed. You need a taller prop. at 8150 you are hitting the limiter.
    Is that a cayenne or a touareg in the picture?
    (just bought my wife a touareg)

    With the Rotax Racing ECU you should be turning 8500 RPM's.

    Also, your impeller is wrong. You need to be running the Solas 15/20R and remove 2 mm pitch from the trailing edge.

    Your speeds will come up drastically once you do this

    Jerry... I did order before Ska track 15/19R Swirl impeller w/Billet Nose Cone For RXP using RIVA Stage 3 kit.

    and now you say that 15/20R is better... and to remove 2mm pitch from the trailing edge.

    If so what speed i would be getting if i get the 15/20R with your 2mm repitching? and what my RPM would be?

    If the 15/20R is better can you remove 2 mm pitch from the trailing edge before you ship it to me ... becuse no one here is good with repitching the Impeelers.

    qatar, you should be seeing 8450rpm's with that ecu, thats what the valvetrain upgrade is for, to protect you over 8150rpms, my signiture has my set up, (but the air is much cooler here)

    I have the full stage III an i run between 78 - 79 at the beginning of the summer.
