    Keel Guards

I got another gelcoat chip from hitting something , is there anything to protect the gelcoat?

Are keel guards worth it, do they take away performance? http://www.overtons.com/modperl/prod...ew&i=22283&aID=

Once upon a time, I believe it was GH who said keel-guard scrubs speed.

If you are running a wedge, I would think the keel gard would have minimal, if any, contact with the water and would be a good addition to protect the keel.

I don't think the keelshield will fit on a 4 tec hull, the ribs near the front will interfere with the shield itself...if you trimmed it, it might work....
