GPR/XLT Exhaust manifold nipple
On the #1 side of the exhaust manifold is a nipple for cooling water (guessing).
I know it is a OEM part but there is very little chance my dealer is going to have it in stock. Any ideas on where I can buy something like it ?
What is the proper way to install it back in ? I was thinking a little JB Weld around the outside and then press it in.

It should press in tight, dont see why a little JB Weld wouldnt help.I have not had this problem before,im sure there will be more help coming your way.Sit tight.

I removed this hose on my ski a couple of years ago so
so you could simply block up the opening on the manifold - not sure if JB weld will hold up on a part like this that heats up
you will also need to block off the other end on the pipe
a lot of us have been reducing water flow to the exhaust manifold - this allow it to run hotter - hotter pipe means the gases will travel faster

I used JB weld on my exhaust manifolds holding in my EGT sensor on my rc stuff and the are getting up to a couple of hundred degress and never had a problem.
