    gtx to rxt driveshaft conversion

    What parts would i need to complete this converion is it just the rxt driveshaft itself or do i need other parts?

    You need a different wear ring as well and prop...The wear ring out of an RXP or RXT is what yuou need... With no other mods.. I would suggest the RXT prop maybe even with some pitch taken out..
    Or if you have some reasonable modifications done to your boat you can try a stock RXP prop.. I had excellent luck with one untill I hit around 260 hp. then it was time to change to the 15/20
    I would say if you are around the 185- 215 hp stay with the RXT prop Or a de pitched 14/19 ..
    If you start pushing the 215hp mark go with an RXP prop or a 15/20..
    Changing to the RXT shaft made a big difference in hole shot for me but when I first did it as I said I was @ the 260ish hp mark..
    It is a very basic job... Change out the driveshaft and wear ring and impeller and you are done..

    Thanks two2curupt this is going to be my next mod for the gtx im thinking about trying out a stock rxp prop for now thanks.

    So I noticed you list a stock ECU, is that an SC 7650 rpm limit or an ECU from a stock intercooled engine, 215 hp version, 8150 rpm limit?

    Its a stock gtx sc ecu 7650rpm rev limit ive been trying to upgrade but im a little straped for cash at the moment its runs good for what it is i can beat pretty much any stock ski and some modified ones but anything over a stage 1 rxp will walk away from me on topend.
