R&D 1:1 pulley
Took a look at R&D's site, says the 1:1 pulley makes an additional 30 hp,,, is this just because it's made of aluminum and is lighter than the stock steel one allowing the charger to make up to an additional 3lbs of boost ?? Also, wouldn't you need to block off ot have an adjustable blow-off valve to handle the extra boost ??
Also, is this just a simple bolt on 93 octane mod, or do you need fuel system mods ??

The pulley is smaller and aluminum ,yes lighter And yes you must block off the bov valve , and add some more fuel

Chris its the size that matters ... with the pulley on the SC being smaller, it is spun faster, creating more boost. In theory it would make the same amount of boost if it was heavy iron or aluminum.

block off 1 of the bov valve or both of them

On the 250 you will want to upgrade the fuel system by removing the factory pressure regulator, installing an adjustable one installing a walbro fuel pump and adjusting the pressure based on the data from a wideband o2 sensor.
So no its not just a bolt on
