If You Like To Go Fast I Would Say X....if You Buy Just The Rxp You Will Probably End Up Like The Rest Of Us Trying To Make It Faster ...the X As I Understand It Has Other Cool Features As Well Such As A Click Trim ...i Wish I Had That Already

I still think the plain old RXP can be made to withstand an X without having to turn it into a stage 3 boat. I like modding my skis. I enjoyed that and still do. I like adding different mods, tweaking the boat and seeing what I get from it. Plus I didnt want to tag another $3200 onto a note. I saw it as $3200 dollars I can put into my ski when I felt the need down the line. Versus that extra $3200 and $55 bucks a month of the X. Plus whatever else on top of that it takes to make it faster. Pretty sure ill be just as happy with the plain RXP...............

Im probably gonna get bashed now. But oh well.

If you're NOT a wrencher get the rxp x, unless you have the money to burn to pay someone else to do the work get the rxp & mod the hell out of it but it won't be warranteed.

Thus why keeping stock parts is sooooo important.

    Heres my interpretation:

Fast and good acceleration = RXP
Crazy fast with great acceleration = RXP with mods
Fast with kick ass acceleration = RXP-X
Crazy Fast with pretty much kick ass acceleration = RXP-X with mods

I decided to go the stock RXP-X way, for a few reasons----

    1. I don't have the money/time/brains to mod skis (maybe when i'm older)
    2. Acceleration is more important for my use of the ski
    3. Warranty with stock means happy customer when there are problems
( well maybe not happy, but better than no warranty)

People may disagree, but when you are only 15 yrs. old like me, you just make enough money by mowing lawns, cleaning pools, and other yard work to afford the gas for these things.....now when i'm older you can bet my ass i'll be modding like crazy like the rest of the people on this forum.

    Just my thoughts---its your decision

You decided? Isnt your dad buying this for you anyway?? I wouldnt look that gift horse in the mouth. Take what you can get.

As far as warranty is concerned. It is not hard to remove some parts and put stockers back on. Time consuming sure. But not hard at all. If you take a boat to the dealer with a full stage 2 on it and cry about problems. You deserve to have your warranty voided.

i think i am probably going to go with the x because i am not the type of guy who likes to do mods especially because there are none in my country so i have to import parts. Also i heard the x has a brilliant accel and the same top speed as the normal rxp so overall the x is better.
