How can I adjust my Throtte cable?

I noticed a 200rpm increase when I pulled on the cable at wot... Butterfly doesnt seem to be opening fully... My threads on the butterfly seem to be at the very end is there anywhere else I can adjust? or can I get a longer threaded screw? Thanks
    Adrian
