    Covers for Aftermarket Handle Bars

My handle bars are about a few inches too wide for the stock cover. Anyone have their cover modded to fit correctly again? I would like to have this done but don't even know where to look.

I dont use aftermarket bars, but when I store customers skis, I put covers on them. In the case of wider bars, I hook one end in the pocket for the bars, and leave the other end loose and just stretch the cover over the craft. Works fine for me.

I am not alone !!!! I bought a new cover a couple of months ago and just tried to get it on tonight. My old cover fit fine but this new one needs to be stretched a bit. I have made some progress over the last couple of hours just inching it down a little at a time.

By morning it might fit like a glove. My bars are 32" - Maybe you can adjust your bars up or down ?

i was concerned about this issue too since my ski is out doors and must be covered, and im getting ready to order some azonic bars wich are 32" . the stock bars are 30" but my grip on the throttle side is sticking out 1" wich makes my stock handle bar 31" long and my cover fits a lil tight,,and theres deffinitely no space for another inch, so i was thinking about grinding off 1/2 inch on each side of the azonic bars when i buy them and that should bring them to 31" and should fit perfect. hopefully

Hmm, maybe I can get my sister to extend the cover if I can find the material.
