    Reset button won't reset

I have a 2001 Pro 1200 and out on the water it just died when I started it. The reset button was popped and it wouldn't reset. When I got hole the same thing happened. I couldn't find any loose wires, and although I have a meter that I use for my jeep I'm not the most adept at waverunners. Any help before I take it in would be much appreciated. Thanks,

WELCOME to the Green Hulk forums 111.
Check for pinched wires from the stator or look in the tech section and perform the stator tests.
Check for ground at the engine/engine plate.
Take OFF the 12 volt wire leaving the circuit breaker and see if the breaker re-sets at that point.
