    XS IC users, come in!

For those of you that used the XS IC. What did some of you do for brackets? I searched but only saw pics that 2 guys had fabbed up.

That's a tough one...I originally installed using the angle iron bracket supplied by James. It was a bitch to fit in but got it in and it ran fine. I pulled it back out to insulate my out pipe and put an anode on it and wasn't able to get it back in with the bracket. I had a 4" aluminun intake that the throttle body pipe had to get over so I just stuck it back in without the bracket and let it rest in the hull...well, first time out the throttle body hose slipped off (too much bomb lube on the clamp made it slippery) so I took it out again. I shortened the pipes about 1" and stuck it back in. I noticed that the mounting bolt on the side was lining up with the pump bolt on the transom hump where the original bracket attaches so I just took some 3/4" alum angle and cut a piece to fit and bolted it up. It's not going anywhere now...
If you look close you can see the alum angle in the picture.

    Oops, pic in next post.

On the GPRXP, I did something similar using SST. While not a great example for the RXP crew, maybe it will spur some thought for you. I just bolted it to the outside of the hull with 2 button head bolts.

The bracket on the bottom is just a SST one mated to my pump tunnel.

Maybe on the rxp, you could make a shelf under it, similar to the Riva bracket???

Hyper, get some small hose clamps on those bailer tubes...they are liable to blow off and sink your ski....

    Nice bracket fix....

What parts do you need to make that XS one work- and where do you get those tubes that connect the SC to the innercooler - and then innercooler to TB.
