ok so last night i finished up my s/c and was putting my cold air intake on .... then i got t o the bracket up front by the vent hose .... well here is my question has anyone ever just skipped this step ???/ is this bracket 100% nescarry?? can i just use some zip ties along the way so it doesnt bounce around? i dont feell like doing that bracket at all

YES!! that's what most here recommend actually... much easier to zip tie it, especially if u work on ur ski alot, easier to cut a ziptie and out a new one back on than keep bolting and unbolting

so i dont have to install that front bracket at all ??? i can totally skip that part?

I did install it but you have to be patient. it would suck to destroy an
225 intake kit because a strap boke and it rubbed through on something.
Just my opinion.
