Converting a XLT to a GPR?

Has anyone on here done the swap of taking the motor, etc out of a XLT/XLL and swapping it into a GPR hull? What all is different and will need to be swapped? Are the shaft the same length?? If I picked up a hull only for a GPR what all would be needed to put the XLL guts into it? CDI? etc.... Thanks!

Clint, all of the electronics and engine in my ski was meant to go in an XLT.

EDIT: I dont know about any of the pump parts though. The only differences in the electronics are the display, and the P/V connector is in a different place on the XLT CDI.

PV Cables would be Diff and small things like the choke cable, steering and trim cables and maybe some routing for fuel lines (because of the selector).

Yeah but alot of that stuff can be fixed by running premix and not setting up the reserve selector I would assume. The pump, shafts, etc are my main concerns I guess. My wife rode my GPR for the first time yesterday and needless to say she has said that the barge has to go (2000 XLL)... she ran the fastest it has been since I've had it (67.5 on GPS with a 1200 grate) and spent a great deal of time in Superman! I was definetely surprised! She wants a GPR (or I can get me another one and she can have my 02) now and I thought this might be the cheapest way to make that happen.

Actually, I was thinking what would the Yami 1800 do in that hull. I have a different hull for my Rotax 3 seater.

Why? Sounds like it will drop right in. No need for me. Plenty of folks will be able to do this.
