Dude, put the stock prop back in that thing before you burn it up. Keep the DF around for when you get the head cut.

EDIT: Do you have a controller? If so, what are the settings?

Seriously, get that prop off your boat.

Why buy another prop, put the stock one back in with the motor stock.

I am going through a simular issue with my carbed boat. This is what I would do:

    1) Pull the DF prop out and replace it with the stock prop.
    2) Get an RPM reading with the stock prop
    3) Install the Riva heads
    4) Get an RPM reading with the Riva heads and stock prop
    5) IF the RPM's are too high with the Riva heads you could put the DF in. I seriously doubt that you will need the DF with heads.

you should do things to raise RPMs or you should lower the pitch of the impeller

    for example, to raise RPMs
    - get more air to the motor
    - remove siphon tube from nozzle
    - use a GP1200R 87 mm nozzle
    - raise compression
    - install a GP800R intake grate
    - install VForce reeds
