What size prop are you running?15/20, 15/19, or14/19...A 14/19 is to small for a stage 2..15/19 or 15/20 ...check your wear ring for damage and your pump for debris..Also look and see if your nose cone on the prop didnt walk up your drive shaft..

A 15/20 shouldn't spin out the hole with your mod's. Check the wear ring.

I am no expert but I wouldn't go with the SS ring unless I also got better front engine mount. You can yank out the pump and flip the wear ring for a quick fix.

the front motor mount allows the drivetrain to flex too much. the flex causes the ss impeller to rub scrapes into your brand new ss wear ring..the flex is minimized with the installation of the 'solid front motor mount' from rotax or piranha

the STOCK fron engine mount lets the engine shift backward somewhat and can put UNWANTED pressure on the DRIVE shaft and that puts UNWANTED pressure on the prop and that MAY make your prop RUB the Stainless Wear Ring and destroy your prop and hinder performance with RPM loss etc etc etc!!!!!!!!!

the plastic wear ring will cut away ILO tearing up your prop! hope that helps!
