    Supercharger needle bearings

I was changing the washers on my supercharger and when I took the gear off, I lost some of those small needle bearings under the gear. I have counted them all up and I have 38/40. How can I get these 2 that i am missing?

Order a new set from Jerry. They come stuck in a wax-grease. You can just stick them on there and not worry about loosing them. Order 2 sets while you're at it as next time you take the clutch appart for inspection, the same thing will happen. They are around $12/set.

I'm about to go through my clutch to check for slip moment, etc. I think I'm going to make a catch pan out of a paint roller pan and mound it right below my vice and SC holder. I think I'll put a strong magnet right underneath the gear so when it pops off, all the little needle bearing get stuck to it. I went ahead and ordered a new set of needle bearing just in case none of this works....

Just got these things and used them to put my SC back to gether and let me tell you, for $12 they come all stuck together and all you have to do is wrap them arround the sc shaft and slide the gear on. Its that simple! Next time I have to take the SC apart, I am having a new set of these on hand. It makes installing them soooooo much easier!!

if u ever get in a JAM Bro just slide on the first washer then layer a small coat of good grease on the bearing seat and they stick like stick to a slit lickity split! WTF did i just type! either way try the grease if u get bungled it works great to hold the needles in place if u get stuck trying to wrap that rascle!
