RE Block off installed but.... (problem or ?

    (problem in red)
That was a fun little project.
Special thanks to Pale Rider and Lafjax

The install ran into a few bumps. On the left block off the 2 bottom holes were slightly off and required a redrill, the right one was perfect.

While I was trying to push in the hose in the pump area I ended up pull ing the OPAS rubber jackets completely out.

Also the hoses and the T-valve gone too. PPG makes a plate to cover that hole.

The only thing the pump block off fitting. (see picture)
since the RE kit doesn't include one in the kit I found a brass plug. I can get about 3 to 4 threads in and due to the taper that is all I can get.
Is that ok to use like that?
    What are some other alternatives?

    Thanks
    Scott

    It would be nice if there was a seperat kit to complete the RE Block offs;
    say
    1. t-valve blockoff plate
    2. Pump Block off fitting

On the OPAS actuator hoses where you used a block off plate all you need to do is loop a piece of hose from fitting to fitting. This way water has nowhere to go

The plug in the venturi will work fine.

yes it is, national pipe thread is tapered, it won`t go all the way in, if you force it you will stretch the hole. ...PR...

yeah, I saw the same thing today in steel.

the price is great but the shipping is $11

maybe over the winter I will add on.

did you get the bailer tube couplers there too?

try not to use steel, eventually they will corrode in salt water use, use anodized alum with teflon paste and your good to go!

those grey things are the one way check valves that come stock in the ski`s so the water doesn`t come in from the pump pressure ...PR...
