    Winterizing question

    Hi guy's

I'm new to the seadoos. This summer we bought a 07 GTX non sc and a 04 RXP. I'm wondering what I have to do to winterize? I have read the other posts and it gave me a good idea, except I will be keeping mine in my heated garage, so I'm wondering what steps I can skip if any.

    Thanks!

I would chage oil, bombi spray the throttle body if you ride in salt water, disconnect the battery and put it on a tender. Stack all your summer stuff on it (Like I end up doing) such as chair cushions, patio umbrellas, various tarps, and generally anything else that really should be using the garage space that the ski is using..................... And then call it a day

Don't forget to FILL UP the gas tank all the way to the top to prevent water condensation, and add some fuel stabilizer.

I think Shibby said you dont need to fill it up all the way to the top as long as u got a solid amount of fuel Stabil in it. I think hes right to because i stored mine 3/4 full for about 6 and a half months in Wisconsin winter and she fired right up in the spring and ran 8140 on that same old gas.

Yup you guys are correct..Just fill it up 3/4 of the way because the gas will need some room to expand.

Stabil fuel stabilizer will help protect from condinsation also.
