    funny do they need to be different lengths for different wedges? I cracked two exit nozzles going to a 6 degree on my 96 SLX. I had to cut quite a bit off the tube.

    I'm about 3 minutes away from breaking mine, removing the pump housing
    pump housing's starting to move away......... {hell of a FANCY SPECIAL TOOL}
    but water tube seems fixed to hull,,is there a bulkhead fitting attachment
    just and O-ring
    maybe the sikaflex is still holdin it
    .
    how do they detach from hull / housing assembly??

    Can you clarify a little more on what your trying to do dazz,Are you trying to remove the housing mounted directly to the fiberglass hull,DON'T REMOVE that if your just removing the pump.

    yeah I'm doin that. http://www.greenhulk.net/forums/show...t=15986&page=4
    housing resleave and prop rebuild..............it's all coming off
    .
    so water tube is O-ring both ends and just pops - off
    seems to be pulling the plastic hose coupling/fitting on the inside of the hull
    ,,,so I'm assuming that inside hose fitting's screwed into pump housing,,,,,,, not the hull,,,,,,so that inside hose fitting pulls straight through with housing
