There is no difference other than one came with a trailer. Estimate on cost depends on condition and hours. My 2000 has about 180 hrs total 30 on freshly rebuilt motor. Upgrades include sealed pump shoe, Solas impeller 11/17.5, R&D intake grate. Pro-Tec ride plate, GroupK cut head, R&D power plenum. Tiny Tach, reed stuffers, custom removeable wakeboard pole. I would not take less than 5.5k for it with trailer if I was going to sell it.

Thank you for the info. Which one came with a trailer? I thought they all did. Kelly Blue book lists them both followed by ; "w/trailer."

I was going by the parts finder definitions, other than this there is no difference between a 99-04 all the same other than colors.

BTW if you have a family with kids this is a great ski to have. Reliable, easy to ride, stable at any speed, can't tip it over (believe me I have tried), easy to board and pull's anything. Tons of storage!! It does like the gas pump though.

SUV Pump components are exactly the same as XLT/XLL they also interchange with the GPR except the reduction nozzle which is 3* and has extra tapped holes to mount the reverse assembly. All other parts are the same.
