Is this still good? Cyl. liner

I'm wondering if this can be ran as is, or does it HAVE to be re-sleeved? Obviously this cyl had a broken rod or bearing seize. It took out the middle of the cyl sleeve, leaving 3/8" on the ends. The last pic is of the PSI cylinder where they don't even use the sleeve extending into the block. Can I run it as is with just a hone job, or do I need to re sleeve the thing? Thanks in advance

You could run it,personally I'd try and find a good one.But if you do,take a die grinder and chamfer the ratty edge.I always hone and use new rings unless I am using the same piston, rings and cyl. that were always ran togather.

I planned on smoothing over that rough edge, but the cyl is good except for that. I can make some stuff work, if that bad boy is salvageable. Guys are wanting around $100 for a cyl, then I need to have it bored, which locally wants $70. Add the $100 needed for a new Wiseco piston and I'm looking at $300 to get my ride back on line.
