Supercharger oil check
Can you check it without removing the exhaust?

When I checked mine I was able to get the dipstick bolt out with out removing the exhaust but when it came time to put the dipstick bolt back in I messed around with it for about 2hrs. and must have droped the bolt down inside the hull about 300 times and I finaly broke down and removed the exhaust....It wasnt hard at all

I assume you also need to replace the gasket if you remove the exhaust ??

If I remember correctly the manual says to remove the exhaust where it goes down to the first water box. If you are careful the gasket can be reused.

I reused my gasket....Seems perfictly fine to me...Just give it a once over b4 you put it back on to make sure its not broken or cracked or something
And I never thought of removing just the part that goes down to the 1st water box that prolly would work very well

Done it just like the manual says and was a breeze!Removed the top part of the muffler and it is right there, and the level was perfect!Oh yeah you can use the old gasket!
