Super BB Triple Monster Project Underway!!

Been 3 seasons without any problems on this motor.Best to date speeds have been 81.6 mph with an average 81mph pretty much every time it went out. This ski ran VERY consistent no matter what. Its just time to put her to rest and move on to bigger and better things. After removing the head and looking through the exhaust ports,i was amazed at how good things look! Ive put about 80 hours on her, running this piss out of it,and yet,not 1 problem.Kinda feels like one of your kids are moving out, pulling her down. Looking forward to the new MONSTER! Dont be surprised to see 88mph next season,@ 4100' elevation. Thats what i predict to get, thats my goal anyway.Parts will be sent off in the near future,i have to build another motor for a forum member, then i will put all effort into the new build.Ski will be pulled down to just a shell.Tons of work ahead of me,but the payoff should be great. To my surprise, not one water line was was cracked/split,nothing.Here is something i did find. The 3 to 1 exhaust coupler had a 1/4" x 1/8" hole in the bottom.I noticed exhaust smoke coming out from the inside of the hull this last season and could not find the leak.Found it now, just dont know if it caused any rpm loss, well,i have been down 30-40 rpm for a while All new water routing/hoses,HO pump setup, true the hull, new fuel lines, everything will be new/replaced.This is gunna be a great project. More pics of pistons/cylinder.Super clean.

HERE IS THE DOOR SLAMMER! Ok,3 years ago, some of us used a "guy" and ill keep that part out,to do our port work. This guy screwed a couple of us and.....well nevermind......he ported my cylinders....LMAO,i didnt pay much attention 3 years ago,well...they are NOT ported! The exhaust port has a MINOR 'cleanup' and thats it! Ive been running non-ported jugs the whole time! Thats ok,its in the past, running 81.6mph @ 4100' on a non-ported 1300 cylinder IS real good. My 88mph goal is looking easier than ever.

Wood dawg thats unreal When I was out there and rode it,it pulled like a Mo Fo,I thought it was ported with a 100 shot of nitrous Dude, when you get that stroker motor in there with some real port work,I'm gonna be sweating bullits your going to be so close to 90.Guess I better started filling the rideplate and pumpshoe holes and doin a little truin underneath Yellowbird(she's a little rough) while I'm waiting on the new grates to come out,so I can catch a cool good air day and bump that 89.5 up a couple.Damn Woody I need some cushion bro, your gonna hit 88-89 on a bad air day Ewe still plannin on doin that conversion ski too?
