Need Help! Engine Cut Out...
First thanks for any help you provide.
Picked up a 2003 GTX-SC 36Hrs
Had dealer check it out = New Plugs + Injector Cleaner
Been out two times. Ride in the ocean Ski was running fine for two hours
while returning to the ramp (@36mph)
Ski goes dead! No display No beeps
I had a blown 5amp fuse still nothing
Take it to shop - They replaced battery (All Battery only 16amp), replaced a seal around the fuse cover, checked all connectors. Got it up and running
Take it out and take in easy got in about 30min then dam dead again
towed back to ramp.
Didn't loose the display this time so checked the code got P1682
Checked the fuses nothing.
Checked the Battery and Cables Nothing
Checked pins nothing. ( I could find or see)
The ski is clean no corrosion.
No mods stock ski.
Any help would be a great!
Before I take it back to the shop.

The ECU is mounted on the intake manifold.

Checks out fine so I think is in the A/B Cables
I'll swap them out and see if it's the fix!

Is cleaning a viable option?
