I have to replace the TPS on my 2001 txi, can it be done without digital wrench? If so how?

Just replace it and then take the slack out of the the cable, at least you'll be close.

Yes you can .When you fit the nrw one open the trhottle to the max an turn the Tps against the throttle action .This will put it at the max ,Also crimp the female connectors in the bulk connector to ensure a good connection as they cause erratic operation of the Tps if they are not connecting properly
