    changing coils on 1300?

after reading John's E-bay listing what is this?

    · Coils have been changed to burn a hotter spark. Stock ignition still in use.

I think he means the stock charging system is still used while the MSD ignition is run off of the PTO. Coils most likely are MSD.

Most of the time when going to MSD it is a total loss type system.

If it was for the 1300 I'm sure thats what he is talking about. They will run off the stock CDI without any probs.
