    Changing the Reduction Nozzle Rings

Can I change the ring from the Nozzle without removing the entire assembly? I got the ring loose but it can not pass thru the steering Nozzle.

You have to remove the steering nozzle and reverse bucket.

I just remove my steering linkage, remove the two allen head bolts holding the steering nozzle to the venturi and then lift it up out of the way to get the ring out.

Yep me too, I can pull it up close to shore and have it changed out in under 5 min's. Very very simple

I would not chance pulling it apart in the water, its a real pain in the ass to get the allen screws lined up and that reverse spring flys away when you pull it off. I am going to try the 81 mm first and mess with the others next week.
