For those having trouble with the stock class ECU

I spoke to Mark Underwood this morning about the problems you guys are having with the stock class ECU.

It looks like the info i had about removing the knock sensor update harness in the 04 RXP's and removing the resistor in '05 & up skis is wrong.

Leave the piggy back harness/resistor in place and give it a whirl.

if u have an 05+ ski... i personally recommend cutting the resistor out and running your machine like an 04 RXP with a jumper harness. That's how i have my 05 RXT wired up. I leave the piggy back ziptied in the hull... so depending what setup i'm running and what trouble code i get, it's soooo easy to just pop to seat and change the plug. it makes troubleshooting these damn inconsistent knock sensors so much easier if u have a piggy back harness
