R&D access cover filter.
I had originally drilled the access cover under the glovebox. As I explained in another thread, it helped but airflow was limited to the perimeter of the cover because of the way the glovebox sat on it. After riding for a week with the filter in, I can say that it gave me better midrange snap and seems to help in lowering temps inside the hull. I think that if you put one on a ski that had not had the access cover drilled, you would really see a difference. I will say that I installed the filter and the crankcase kit at the same time (and also cleaned the silicone out of the crankcase vent tube) so one or the other may have effected how it ran. I was up about 50 rpm but can't tell if that was from the filter or crankcase kit. I pulled the wedge so my top speed was down to 69.6
