SHO cruiser at Ft lauderdale boat show
For those of u guys that would like to take a closer look at the new 08 SHO cruiser Riva hase one on display at the Ft lauderdale boat show at the Bahia Mar site inside the first air conditioned building right by the entrance . it looks pretty nice but i was hoping for a nice dash and the steering feels loose not to mention the cheap plastic fender on the nose ,the ski hase one big motor under the seat and it looks impressive dropping a socket into the compartment will be dificult not to mention racheting on it , but since it's a yamaha it probably dosen't need recheting , i do love the cruise controll i think it will be a beast on the water acording to Riva they will be avalible in Feb-08

Most Yamaha's handlebars feel loose (cruiser has that adjustable streering). Not a problem, they have engineered that way so it never seizes or locks up. Once on the water you will never feel it. I have rode some Seadoo's and the steering(because the angle of the bars) feels way to stiff and awkward. But like anything else, I'm sure you get used to it.

Really like the new Yamaha Ski can't wait to see it on the lakes. But still holding on to my first love Old Faithful GPR Power.
