100psi all three on 02 xlt?

looking at a 02 xlt 1200 with 60hrs and it wont start but it does crank and i am told it has 100 psi on each cylinder. Is that low for this ski? My 03gp1300r is like 130 across. What is a reasonable price for such a ski?
    thanks

should be in the 120+ range on compression sounds low to me. as far as the loaded question of price lots of factors missing to give a fair estimate.

    All compression gauges are different.

    Check it yourself.
