Does you supercharger need servicing?
Do you still have the stock ceramic washers in your supercharger? Time to upgrade to metal!
Do have have metal washers and stock bearings and have 75+ hours on your supercharger? Might be time to start thinking about a fresh set of washers and new bearings.
Winter is upon us and i have finally slowed down so if you want to send your supercharger in to me the turn around time will be very quick.
Here is info on how to go about sending in your supercharger for a freshen up or rebuild

- You get the job done by someone with experience, LOTS of it
- You pay a FRACTION of what a dealer would charge you
- you dont need to buy special tools or a torque wrench or hope you did it right and followed the manual correctly
- you slide your supercharger out and drop it in a box and let the cheap southern labor rebuild your SC while you sit at home on the couch waiting for it so arrive so one night after work you just slide it back in and go ride it the next day

I see a lot of posts talking about shimming.
What is shimming and when should it be done?

How much for metal washers and stage 3 housing&impellar? Would you recommend ceramic bearings for this set up? The ski has less than 7 hours on it.

Stage 3 housing/impeller $799.95
Riva metal washers $109.95
Less 10% greenhulk discount
I wouldn't worry with the bearings with only 7 hours on the ski, but if you did want to go that route they are $149.95 less 10%
Labor to do the entire job is $75

Just to add to what Jerry said... just because you have no noticable problems yet with your bearings doesn't mean they aren't on their way out. Mine had a lot of slop and didn't turn very smoothly @ 82 hours. My dealer estimated I MIGHT have had 10 hours left before the impeller bumped the housing.
