2" Flow rite hole size ?

IM going to install my RIVA 2'' Flowrites today but im not sure what size circle saw to use. I want to make sure they are nice and snug. RIVA didnt supply any instructions.

Im sure this has been asked before but I tried the SEARCH function and didnt come up with much.

I believe it says it in the instructions..for the rear air intake atleast. It's ideal to use a 2 3/8" hole saw and drill from the inside so it looks clean on the outside.

2 3/8" hole but u also need to trim some of the back latching clip off of the three clip on the back of each one as the plastic is thicker than the allowed gap to totally push them in! thats what i did and it worked great and they were still TIGHT! good luck!

I am going to install some flow rites on my RXT in the hull. Should I drill a pilot hole where i want it then use the hole saw from the inside or just drill the hole from the outside of the hull? Thanks

Good luck finding one. I used a 2 1/4" and had to hog out the holes by hand on my storage box intake setup.

Home Depot carries 2 3/8" hole saw, when drilling fiberglass from the outside score the gelcoat using the hole saw in reverse.
