Can an intercooler be fitted to a non IC ski?

Ok, the intercooler on the rxp/rxt seems outwardly to be the only difference between the 185hp 4tec "SC" and the 215hp "SCIC". Can the intercooler be added???

Many have added the intercooler kits to the GTX SC skis.

REALLY?! Ok cool now I'm gettin somewhere. This thing might have some promise after all. I was told there were differences internally in the motor itself, any truth to this at all Jerry? thx Scotty
I looked for the kit but didn't see it can you give a price??

    215
The difference in the motor (compared to 215's) is compression, SC gearing, rev limit, and things of that...Adding an IC to that motor will help A LOT...

hey Danny, you mention the Sc gearing. I wonder if this gearing acts like the pulleys on Sc cars. Increasing/decreasing the size of pulleys either raise or lower boost...

The gearing on the 185 is different than a 215...You can swap gear on the SC and flywheel to gain more boost...

I can't comment on that, all I know is that if you swap the gears for what is on the RXP, you will gain boost...how much, don't know...

The RXP 16 tooth gear, and its matching starter double toothed 87/86 gear...

    I know the 185 is 88/86...
