'03 4-TEC SC Riva Pwr Filter Install time & Impeller Req

About how long does it take to install the Riva Power Filter on a '03 4TEC SC? Also, has anyone used it with the Skat Trak 16/21 Impeller vs the Solas? I already have the Skat and was wondering if it works well enough with the power filter vs. the 13/20R.

    Thanks in advance,

    Mark

like any modification, the first time takes twice as lon g as it should. We like to take our time, see what is what, make sure we do everything correctly and spend half the time bent over in the hull just looking around!

probably going to take you 2 hours+ the first time around, mainly because removing the stock air box will take up most of your time...

after you are done, u'll laugh and say you could do it all over again in 45 minutes flat or something

as for the prop... couldn't tell ya

I'll keep that in mind Shhr. Right now I have the Skat installed and like the performance overall other than I probably need to replace my wear ring (normal annual change). If I need to switch props, I would probably go to the Solas right away in case I change anything else later.
