Nuggit Turbo talk
OK, after reading the hulk's successful turbo conversion, which was pretty cool, I walked away with some questions, and didnt want to stink up his thread.
If Jerry is keeping the turbo at 20 psi to be reliable, whats unreliable on a stock block? what are the turbo's psi capabilities
How much psi can an internally modded 4-toc block handle, like if you wanted to do a drag setup? (not that i have any intentions, just looking to find what the limits are)
With everything I've read on here, why does jerry run a 79 mm nozzle? what happened to the 81?
When talking about all around solid performance to stock 4-tec blocks, it seems the turbo is the final step. Barring a bigger displacement or factory upgrade to the internals to handle more boost, do you guys think this is it?
And since I'm one of those guys an getting an X (keep it quiet, kid from NC, we know your gettin a X too) will this turbo mod work inconjuction with all 08s?
I know only some will be able to answer this, but I got to think Im not the only new guy (nug) wondering about this stuff?
Thanks for the insite.
Oh and for all you yelling at each other over the Ckit, lol, take it to the other jerry so all can.

Im messing with the 17 year old kid, Alex from NC. Somebody on another thread started teasing him about how he lets everyone know he's gettin an X.
I should have "stunk up" that discussion on Jerries turbo testing. I think Arnie pretty much asked all the questions I was interested in and they were all answered.
Stil wondering if that turbo kit will fit the 08s?

I think stickem said he runs his kit around 27 PSI normally, and he has run it up to 34 PSI, but he said it wasn't a good idea.
