    milkshake in Cone

I know water that gets in the cone causes the milkshake but how does the water get in. This is the second time it has done it. It has the 2 o-rings in the side and I see a black o-ring at the bottom. After I took my cone off and flipped over the pump water dumped out.

That happens a lot on my brothers 03 gtx/sc with the plastic pump, it's warped so riva is building him a metal pump. But you have the rxt it's metal so my guess is that you need to replace the seals in your pump. I had ppg install a solas in that 03 gtx/sc. I checked the cone mid season and noticed water so I sent it back to them and they fixed it. If impros installed your solas you could give them a call.

Chances are the nose cone came off? Mine has done the same thing twice when the nose cone came off. The water forces it way through the prop and in the front from what I have seen. If your nose cone was on I have no idea!

I wonder if this can be caused from the seals warping from being in the freezer when I remove the wear ring.
