    Best source for fuel line?

I know this sounds like a silly question. I need to replace fuel line on my 97 GP and I don't want the cheap stuff that rots quick or yellows (if it's clear hose). Does anyone have a preferred Ebay source? Is that not the way to go? Normal gray Yamaha-like stuff is fine, doesn't have to glow in the dark or promise 20 extra hp.

I was told by Carl at Island racing that stock fuel lines were the best bet for most applications.

If you want the absolute best stuff you can get either buy OEM or go to a local marine dealer and buy marine fuel hose. It is pretty expensive, but well worth the money.

Is the marine fuel hose going to be flexible enough? Usually they're super thick.

The marine fuel hose that I have used works just fine. If memory serves me correct is was just a little bit bigger, but worked for everything I used it for.

I too am a huge fan of the OEM fuel line. I do use the clear blue Riva line for the return line from carb rack to tank as a visual aid.
