    Using throttle body lubrication fitting

I have a 2006 GTX Limited 4-TEC which does have the throttle body lubrication fitting.

How in the heck does anybody spray anything into that thing?

The little extension tubes that come with the cans of Lube wont' fit into it.

Will the fitting fit onto the nozzle part of the spray can like the little extension tube ?

    Thanks, Tim

I just pull the tube out at the throttle body end, and spray direct. That way I am sure it actually reaches.

Push the little red spray tube into the fitting by itself, then connect it to the spray nozzle of the can of lubricant.

ok, when lubricating the throttle body with the engine off, I use the thumb trigger control and push it all the way down a few times after i lubricate it. Is this ok?

Good move...I would finish up with a start button with throttle wide open so engine won't crank to pull a little lube through the body.

Here an easy way to do it. Take the end of the red tube that comes with the sea-doo lube spray or a old tube you no longer need and then take a straight edge razor blade and shave a few thousands off the last 1/4 inch of the red tube. Take off just enough to allow the red tube to fit into the end of the tube to lube the throttle body. Works great, then save the red tube for next time.
