    Impro Propellers

    Hope yall don't need anything from Impro! I have emailed them twice,My cousin emailed them once,We have called again and again and they have never responded to us.I would hate to send any parts to them you might not never get them back!

    Yeah first time we tried to deal with them can't get nobody to return any calls or email !!

    What was the time frame on your calls & emails? hours, Days, weeks apart?

    Kindly give me your name and I will look up the email and respond to you a soon as possible. I'm not sure if it was last week, but if it was, I wasn't here or at a computer. A friend of mine was killed in a Rhino accident and I was out of town for the funeral. Sorry for the delay.

    By the way, our turnaround is very good, about 2 days. I have to lean the employees out here for the off-season, and I keep them in the shop as much as possible.

    I got a pump back from David yesterday at Impros. He gave me a quick turn around. Dealer wanted to replace pump and impeller. About $800.00 parts and labor. Sent it to David and he called and said there was reason to replace pump. He fixed and returned it to me for around 150.00. Thanks David.

    I answered the email that I think was from you. I haven't seen one regarding the 250 that would have been from your cousin.
    By the way, I haven't received a message on the phone system regarding this. I apologize for the hard time reaching us, but please at least leave a message in the future so we can call you back before posting a hurtful thread that is clearly intended to damage our good name. This is a tough seasonal business to be in, and this time of year I am out in the field meeting with dealers and return calls if I'm out.

    I have personally talked to XXX several times and he's a good guy. He's a small business owner just like myself and don't think he would intentionally try to hurt your business. I also think he posted what he did more out of frustration from not being able to reach you more than anything else.

    Thanks for the input beagle. Please re-read the original post. My response isn't intended to say that he's not a good guy. I'm sure he's a great guy, but if he's also a small business owner, then he should be able to empathize with me on phone calls, and time management.
