I know this subject has been covered top to bottom and inside out...!!!
I know the best solution is step your stock sponsons..!!
I have a set of Riva ones that i think should/will give better handling..??
Now my notion is what if instead of stepped stocker's i measure the angle they sit at.. (when stepped)
Then grind my Riva one's mounting plate to give the same angle..???
I'm think this could give the best of everything......
So reduced porpoising and some pretty decent handling/carving abilities..??
Any thoughts on this Boys..??

I think Danny is doing something like that on his sponsons. SMW tested them.
The Riva and R&D didn't bounce on either one of my boats and don't seem to be scrubbing to much speed. Or maybe there is more there after all.

I've not even tried them on my 05 yet..
Like you say they might not bounce at all...
The other notion i had was..
could there be a hook ground into them for lift.. althrough there'd some drag to pay for..!!??
The other thought i had is, what about actually stepping them..???
i.e. step the mounting plate.. something like the super trick fountain boats hulls..???
Maybe i've to much free time eh..??
