Hope this helps.
Maybe you should Install the quick trim system like the ones on the GPR and FX models along with those parts. If get the bow of the boat out of the water more you should increase speed.

Whole page of mods for the VX110--->http://islandracing.net/vx110.html
Plus were also offering RIDEPLATE MODS for the stock VX110 Rideplate which picks up 1.5-2 MPH just from the mod alone.
Do you have a sport or Deluxe with the reverse--- asking because you can put a 5 deg nozzle on the sport to get that nose up

If you really are running 55mph stock then the intake, custom exhaust and modded rideplate should put you close to the 60mph mark

I run 54.8 on glass when I was stock. I want to do the rideplate as my next project. I don't want to do an exaust tho, my dads not a big fan of a loud ski lol.
05 VX110 Sport- R&D intake grate, Riva air intake, Solas 18/24 58.8 mph(mine)
still modding, please help me w/ what I should add next!
RXT stock forever-67.7 mph(family)
RXPX-soon to come and be modded(dads and mine)

how do you do the resonator mod without a 144$ kit from Riva or Island racing... come on that is crazy for a bent pipe....
Also, I need a reverse cable for my 05 VX 110..... I have a sport and added a reverse bucket... just too hard to get off the trailer without it, because our dock is so steep and can't back in more or the trailer falls off the ledge. I just need the cable, anyone know of one cheap (not $225 like the dealer)
