About the "blow spout" in waveruuners (sorry)
i was trying to read and understand and even searched on the spout that comes out the back of the waverunner vx 110. the one that shoots water 30 foot high...lol.. i know some of you said it had been talked about over and over, but im kind of having a hard time understanding. are you saying that i can disable that so it dont shoot up? if so how> and also what happens to teh water that comes out of it, where does it divert to?? will it effect the motor or hull or anything, in other words is there any adverse reactions for doing that? and what is its purpose, just visability? Thanks David

You can disconnect it and block the line with no adverse effects. It has nothing to do with cooling or handling or anything but visibility.
If you pull the nozzle off and grind down the lip and fill with jb weld, you may pick up a few rpms, but wouldnt be much.
I have epoxied mine on one ski, and the other just disconnected the hose and angled it out the back.
welcome to forums
