what are you guys paying for your donor doo's?

I have a good idea what the yammi stuff needed for a conversion is, but I know absolutely nothing about doo pricing. What are some of you guys paying for your wrecked donor craft? What can a good rxp/rxt minus the conversion parts be sold for?

Hey, it's bonus season and the wheels are turning

    Mike,
it's CERTAINLY cheaper if you own a RXP and are going to a conversion. They are just about throwing away GPR's on here.

Here is what I've paid for the latest conversion.

-Complete Engine with electronics. $3500. bone stock, 15 hours.
-gas tank with fuel pump. $100.
    -Electrical stuff I didn't have. $200
    -Brackets and stuff. $100
    -RXP Driveshaft. $100
    -Battery. $150
    -Gauge. $300

So useable parts are around 4500. Not too bad. are there any years of ski that should be avoided? WHy in the hell is a battery $150? are you running an optima or something?

The batteries in the SD are not your standard 16's. They are much larger. I use the gel-cell style so that I can lay it down flat and get it in nooks and crannys, that normally go unused...
