Dont most people here cap it off as they loose boost thru it?
some members use it others cap it off mater of choice i understand

I run one......if it is adjusted properly then it will not leak boost......it allows me to go all summer without shimming the clutch on the supercharger......I did speed runs and boost readings before and after......I gained speed because it was cooler and gained .1 psi since it was colder also......same day but it was 38 degrees first test and 32 degrees second test...........

there is no reason to use a BOV on the 4-tec SC, the factory race engine is not using one, and clutch washer use or wear has more to do with riding style.

the debate continues obout whether they are good or bad ..but i will say if you have a good one and it is adjusted properly there should be NO LOSS OF BOOST i ran mine into the vent at the rear of the ski ...the one that gets replaced by the riva 4 inch rear air intake ...when it blows off you can hear it better ...than when i just had it inside the hull ...no performance gains but it is cool to see people look when my ski sneeses at them

personal preference I guess I ride my ski's easy, still have to shim every 30 hours max w/ no BOV on a RXT........w/ BOV I ran 54 hours on RXP and slip moment is still within spec,,,,,,,whatever floats your boat
