    97 slt 780

Does anyone have a clear pic of the wiring diagram for the 97 slt 780?

I just got the ski for free. The elecrical box was open and I believe I am missing a voltage regulator.

Welcome H20nut. The only SLT 785 I know of, is Beerdart's. He modified his SLT to fit. Or is yours a SLX 785? Got a pic?

Yup, my bad. IT's a 780, sorry. Here is the pic from the guy I picked it up from. A diamond in the rough. The MFD is shot. The motor has and bilge area are pretty clean for sitting for 3 years outside. The motor has 120 lbs compression. I can't get the motor to turn over with the start button. I have to go direct to the starter. Looking in the electrical box, it looks like the regulator or rectifier is missing.

nice looking ski. you'll like it, when you get it going.

i have many good, used polaris elect. parts here, if you need. VR's, starter relays, starters, MFD's, and more.

with all the tech help here, you should be running in no time.

    good luck. zig

Zig, I e-mailed you earlier in the week about the MFD.

From the looks of the diagram, I am not missing anything, so something is not making a connection somewhere...

When you get it up and running I have a brand new in the box touring seat if you'd like to buy one.
