What should my power an speed be??

    Uppdate!!!!

What do you think my hp and spped should be when I'm using this parts?
You have to keep in mind that both water and air is pretty cold here in the south of Norway and I'n running it on 95okt.
Would around 260hp and 77-78mph be in range?

    External ic (type xs)
Piranha C Kit (considering buying one)
2,5" to 3" thru hull exhaust with no waterbox
    Riva rear intake
    42lbs injectors
    Rotax racing ecu 8500rpm
RIVA Sea-Doo Valve Train Upgrade Kit

    ********

RIVA Stainless Steel Replacement Wear Ring
    Riva intake grate
    Riva Pump Wedge
    Opas removed
    81mm nozzle
    15/18 3 blade scat trak
    Riva sponsons
    Rideplate is filled.

    Anyone have an idea?
Would my injectors be the right size?

I think you should look into a different propeller and if you want 77-78 you might want to look into upgrading the supercharger further and making/purchasing a better air intake. Skegs from 4-tecperformance.com would be a wise investment as well.

I'm thinking of building a 4" rear-intake. Whats extually the benefits of the skegs? Whats does it gain?
I have delivered my prop to o lokal prop-expert. He'll make it better...

    What about the hp?

External ic (type xs).....good for 10~15HP
Sc impeller, 8psi boost at 8100....good for about 5HP
2,5" to 3" thru hull exhaust with no waterbox
Riva powerfilter kit with oversized K&N filter element....good for about 5HP
    42lbs injectors
Rotax racing ecu 8500rpm....i think this is worth a 15HP gain, but I could be wrong
RIVA Sea-Doo Valve Train Upgrade Kit
    Thermostat removed

Stock depending on whether you go by the Rotax dyno or Riva dyno is 195HP (rotax) or 209HP (riva). So with the mods listed I would say you are running roughly a 40HP gain over stock so you would be either in the 230HP range or 250HP.

Have you ran this ski at all? Sounds like a Stage 2 + variant to me, being that you are running an AM ECU. You should be in the 77-78mph range now, especially since you are running in cooler weather in Norway. Go with a Riva Stage 3 SC or better and you should be seeing 80+mph with the correct prop.

Also, question...why did you remove the thermostat? And how are you getting by without a waterbox?

Skegs provide better tracking in all conditions and also help create lift for reduced drag. Most people report much better tracking in chop, ski turning like it's on rails, and up to a 1mph gain top end.

Actually I'm not sure about the sc impeller... It's supposed to give me 15hp (a riva dealer in sweden told me so when a bought it). So it might as well be a 10psi impeller...
I have ran the ski, but then it was a stage 1,5.
What do you mean AM ECU? I'm purchasing a Rotax Racing ECU..
I'm removing the thermostat to lower the engine-temp. It has been done before, and works great!

This is how a get around the waterbox:

Yeah, if you have the Riva Stage 3 SC then it's worth a 15HP gain, but just the Stage 2 wheel then no, it's only worth about a 5HP gain at most. Did you purchase just the wheel or a new front housing too? 8psi of boost with an external IC sounds like the Stage 2 wheel to me. Stage 3 wheel with an AM ECU should be 10 to 11psi of boost. And AM stands for aftermarket. So without the thermo you are running open loop cooling then? Are you using the unit in Jerry's store? I've never seen a waterbox bypass done quite like that before either. Let us know how it works out.

I would guess it at 75-76 mph, could use more boost and perhaps a 15/20 impeller.
